Carl Hansen & Søn is a traditional Danish family business specialising in classic wooden furniture. Founded in 1908, the company is particularly known for its long-standing collaboration with Hans J. Wegner, the designer of the iconic Wishbone chair. Other legendary 20th-century designers like Arne Jacobsen, Børge Mogensen, Ole Wanscher and Kaare Klint have also worked with Carl Hansen & Søn. In addition to preserving Danish design classics, the company also collaborates with promising new designers.
